Why Shop by Height?
Selecting the right flagpole height can make or break your display—too short, and it disappears behind landscaping; too tall, and installation becomes complex. That’s why we’ve organized every model by foot length, from 15 ft telescoping poles to 100 ft commercial installations. Scroll down to find your perfect flagpole option, all built in America from premium marine-grade aluminum or rugged fiberglass, with residential, commercial, and hurricane-series styles to suit any application.

Shipping
– Telescoping & sectional flagpoles, kits, and most accessories ship free via UPS or FedEx Ground on orders over $200. You’ll get a tracking number and can expect curb-to-door delivery in 3–6 business days.
– One-piece residential, commercial, and hurricane-series flagpoles ship via LTL freight to your curb; you’ll schedule delivery directly with the carrier and must have help or equipment to unload.
– UPS/FedEx Ground items (telescoping poles, sectional poles, halyard kits, hardware, flags): typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
– LTL freight poles (single-piece residential, commercial, fiberglass, hurricane-series): 2–4 weeks from order confirmation for standard finish, plus an additional 2–4 weeks if you select anodizing or powder-coating.
– Free shipping on all UPS/FedEx orders over $200.
– Flat-rate freight fee of $479 applies to all LTL deliveries within the continental 48 states (regardless of quantity).
– Customers unload LTL shipments; inspect and note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (POD/BOL) before signing “free and clear.”
– Outside the lower 48, exceptional deliveries, or special handling may incur additional charges—contact us for a custom freight quote.
Product
Consider your property size, sightlines, and local regulations. Smaller yards often pair well with 15–20 ft poles, while larger lawns, schools, and commercial sites benefit from 30–60 ft heights. Always measure clearances above driveways and rooflines before selecting.
Fiberglass poles excel in salty, humid environments—they resist corrosion and flex under wind loads. Marine-grade aluminum with a corrosion-resistant finish is also a solid choice if you prefer metal’s polished look.
Many municipalities allow flagpoles up to 20–25 ft without a special permit, but you should always check local zoning codes and any HOA guidelines before purchase and installation.
Most sectional and fixed-base poles use a 24″-deep by 12″-wide pour-in sleeve set in at least 400 lb-ft of concrete. Telescoping models often use simpler ground anchors or base plates—check your product’s instructions for specifics.
External halyards are easier to service and change flags quickly, while internal systems offer a cleaner look and added theft deterrence. Both are durable—pick based on appearance and access needs.
A good rule of thumb is 1/5 to 1/4 of your pole’s height. For example, 3×5 ft flags suit 15–20 ft poles; 4×6 or 5×8 ft flags work well on 25–35 ft poles; larger heights (40–60 ft and up) can handle 6×10 ft or 8×12 ft flags.
Twice a year: rinse with fresh water to remove dirt and salt, inspect halyards for wear, tighten set screws, and lubricate any moving parts or pulleys. Replace frayed rope immediately.

As soon as possible, contact us at 1-800-314-2392 or Sales@libertyflagpoles.com. For UPS/FedEx shipments we can usually reroute in transit. For LTL freight orders, address changes after pickup may incur additional carrier fees, which the customer is responsible for.
LTL carriers will call ahead to arrange a delivery window—if you miss that appointment and the shipment goes to storage, you may be charged storage or redelivery fees by the carrier. To avoid this, be sure to answer the carrier’s call and confirm a firm date/time.
If you need faster delivery, let us know before placing your order. We can request expedited freight service or split-ship items via UPS/FedEx (when possible), but additional shipping charges will apply.
Inspect and note any damage or shortages on the freight bill (POD/BOL) before signing “free and clear.” Then contact us immediately—late claims cannot be accepted once the carrier considers it a clear receipt.
