A beloved friend, mentor, family member, and community beacon known as Sheriff Ron Cramer has passed away unexpectedly. According to Fox9 news, Sheriff Cramer dutifully served Eau Claire County as sheriff since 1996 and had been employed by the office since 1975. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Wisconsin governor, Tony Evers, has ordered all Wisconsin flags to be flown at half staff on Tuesday, September 20th from sunrise until sunset in honor of Sheriff Cramer. Please join in by lowering your flag, as well.
