The Tennessee courts announced the passing of former Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals Judge, John Everett Williams. He served his state of Tennessee faithfully, working with the judiciary for 25 years. He was the first West Tennessean to be appointed the presiding judge of the Court of Criminal Appeals in over two decades.
