Bill worked at Tell City Builders for many years and founded Goffinet Realty. He proudly served the community of Tell City by not only being their beloved mayor for 16 years but also serving as Tell City Clerk-Treasurer for 4 years. He then became the Southern Ambassador for the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns.
Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Perry County in honor and remembrance of the former Mayor of Tell City, Bill Goffinet.
